On-the-day registration is available on the day of the race up to one hour before the start.
The race is open to all adults in possession of a valid medical certificate for competitive athletics.
Minors who have reached the age of 16 and are in possession of a valid medical certificate for competitive athletics may take part, subject to parental consent.
For your registration to be considered valid, the organisers must verify the following:
• Payment of the registration fee
• Validity of the competitive medical certificate
• Signed liability waiver
The registration fee includes all refreshments, timing services and a race pack, which is guaranteed for the first 180 entrants.

The registration fee includes all refreshments, timing services and a race pack, which is guaranteed for the first 50 entrants.

ON THE DAY – Donations welcome
The proceeds will be reinvested in next year’s event.
The competition is open to all children up to the age of 11.
For registration to be considered valid, the following must be verified by the organization:
• Signed liability waiver
The race packet is guaranteed for the first 50 children.
Refund of registration fees
In the event that the race is cancelled for reasons beyond the organisers’ control (e.g. extreme weather conditions), the organisers are not obliged to issue any refunds.
The organisers undertake to consider offering discounts on entry fees for future editions of the race.
Under no circumstances will the organisers refund the entry fee if an individual athlete fails to take part.
